MYK Laticrete SP-100 Tile Joint is a Stain Resistant, Water Resistant & Germ Resistant grout for Floor & Wall. MYK Laticrete SP-100 Tile-Joint is suitable for ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, marble and stone, especially in stain prone areas such as kitchens and washrooms.

• Before starting to grout, remove debris in grout joints and lightly sponge the tile surface to remove dust and dirt.
• Do not clean tiles with acid cleaners. In case acid cleaners were used to clean the tiles, ensure to wash the area with plenty of water before commencing grouting.
• Substrate temperature must between 60°F (16°C) and 90°F (32°C).

• Empty entire contents of LATAPOXY® SP-100 Stain free Grout Part “A” and Part “B” container into a clean mixing pail.
• Mix with a margin trowel or a slow speed drill mixer until liquids are completely blended. Add at least ¾ of MYK Laticrete SP-100 Tile joint Part “C” Filler Powder and mix to a uniform consistency.
• Add the remaining filler powder and mix to achieve a stiff mix to work into the joints.
• Immediately pour entire contents of bucket onto working area. Use a plastic sheet as a drop cloth. Use standard epoxy grouting techniques to work with SP-100 tile joints.
• SP-100 Tile joint can also be applied with a caulking gun. Be sure all grout joints are packed full.
• Remove as much excess material as possible before initial cleaning with grout float. Do not leave excess grout on the face of tiles 

• Remove excess grout from the face of the tiles with the edge of the grout float. Hold the float at a 90° angle and pull it diagonally across the joints and tile to avoid pulling out the material. 

• After 30-45 min of the application of the grout scrub the surface of the tile & joint with clean water and scrubber provided to remove any excess grout. Then take a clean thick white towel and drag across the tile to remove any residue. 

• Within 24 hours do a second cleaning with normal soap detergent to remove any haze from the tile.

Tile Adhesive Plus

Tile Adhesive Plus is a ready mixed high end polymer modified cement based thin bed tile adhesive powder with multi-purpose application area. It provides outstanding bonding of tiles with cementitious surfaces like, plaster, concrete etc. and is also suitable for tile on tile application.

• 15 to 17 sq.ft per pack of 8 kg with 1/4" x 1/4" (6mm x 6mm) square notch trowel for a bed of 3mm. Coverage will vary depending on trowel notch size, type and size of tile and substrate smoothness and evenness.

• All surfaces should be between 40° F(4° C) and 95° F(35° C) and structurally sound, clean and free of all dirt, oil, grease, loose peeling paint, laitance, concrete sealers or curing compounds.
• Substrates must be compact and consistent, free from any rising dampness, with no loose, flaky, or imperfectly anchored parts. The substrate must be stable, without cracks and have already completed the curing period of hygrometric shrinkage. Uneven areas must be corrected with suitable smoothing and finishing products
• Installation shall be made on a dry surface. New concrete slabs must be damp cured and at least 28 days old prior to application. All slabs must be plumb and true to within 1/4” (6mm) in 10ft (3m). Expansion joints shall be provided through the tile work from all construction or expansion joints in the substrate

• Follow ANSI Specification AN-3.8 “Requirements for Expansion Joints” or TCA Detail EJ171-91 “Expansion Joints”. Do not cover expansion joints with mortar. Glass Mesh Mortar Unit: follow TCA installation detail W244

• MYK Laticrete PUA 212 is prepared by mixing together parts A and B from the bottom upwards, using a low-rev ( 400/min.) helicoidal agitator, with the preset ratio of 1: 4 of the packs. Pour part B into the bucket containing part B, being careful to mix the two parts uniformly until a smooth, even coloured mixture is obtained. The user must mix a quantity of adhesive which can be consumed within 1 hour at +25 °C / 50% R.H. Packs of MYK Laticrete Pua 212 adhesive must be stored at a temperature of ≈ +25 °C for at least 2/3 days prior to use.
